Already an owner of a specialist recruitment business within the children’s home sector, Will has over 8 years of experience in helping new and existing children’s homes achieve their potential.
Will founded CH Consultancy after identifying a trend in many new and longstanding organisations in a stage of stagnation. Most of these organisations were within touching distance of building not only successful homes but also a scalable business model.
Creating the perfect balance between more positive outcomes for young people in their care, staff retention and also the finance for growth.
